Sleepy Moon

A sleepy moon bids farewell to the brand new day. Sunlight streams through misty morning air; copper beech leaves picked out and shine like burnished bronze. Grasses raise their golden seeds to the sky – schoolboy hands waving for attention. Magenta stands of Rosebay Willowherb splash colour with gay abandon. In every field and hedgerow, seeds and fruits grow and swell in the life giving light. May you have a fruitful day!
